For general information or to schedule an appointment, please call us at 410-573-1699. Our office hours are:
- Mon: 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Tues: 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Wed: 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Thurs: 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Fri: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Refilling prescriptions
If you are calling about a prescription refill, please call during regular office hours, listed above. Your doctor will want to review your medical records before prescribing a medication and may need to see you in the office in order to ensure the appropriate medication and dosage is being prescribed.
When calling for refills, please call at least one week before your medication runs out. Narcotic pain prescriptions will not be filled outside of office hours.
Fees and billing
There are standard charges for an office visits and additional charges for special procedures. If you have any questions about charges, please feel free to call the office. We will file with your insurance company for office visits and procedures, but you will be responsible for all copays and deductibles. If you are unable to pay your bill, please call the office so we can arrange a payment schedule.
We ask that services be paid within 30 days of your visit. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express payments and you can also pay over the phone. Patients without insurance will receive 50% of the standard charge in addition to the procedure, which can be made in payments acceptable to both the patient and the office.
